Thank you to everyone that participated in our spring survey. We are so happy to have captured so many responses and hope to send out other surveys as we work to provide you with the superior personal service you expect.
We had a really great response to the survey. We received lots of great feedback and suggestions. Nearly 1,000 of our clients answered the question, “How likely are you to recommend Enterprise to a friend or colleague?”. You gave us a solid score of 8.10 out of 10, with 10 being "extremely likely".
We asked you what you like about Enterprise and the response was overwhelming. You told us that you love that we know your name when you walk through our doors. We offer excellent customer service. It’s nice to have a human being answer the phone during business hours rather than using a pre-recorded message. You also like our community bank feel.
We also asked about areas in which you thought we could improve. You suggested more locations, more ATMs and more online banking capabilities. We appreciate all of the feedback and will consider everything you mentioned during our annual planning meeting that will take place later this summer.
