REGISTRATION POLICY:

It is suggested that the invited principal attend the sessions, as the content of the sessions is designed for the primary benefit of the private business owner. Up to four other people from the same company, in addition to the invited principal, may attend. The selection of these people should be limited to the top officer and senior management levels.

In the case of Personal and Family-Oriented courses, (i.e. the 500 Series), we strongly urge that the spouse/significant other of the invited principal also attend each session.

CLASS SIZE LIMITATIONS:

Class sizes are limited in order to create the interactive and high participation style we desire. Session dates may fill fast. In order to avoid delay or disappointment, we urge you to register as soon as possible. If a class is filled, your name will be placed on a waiting list. All registrations are on a first come first served basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cannot attend for any reason, please notify the Registrar (314-512-7203 or enterpriseuniversity@enterprisebank.com) at least 48-hours before the scheduled session.

CONFIRMATION POLICY:

Registration will be confirmed by the Registrar via e-mail. Do not assume you are registered unless you receive a confirmation.

REMINDER POLICY:

All attendees will be notified by e-mail several days before the session date as a reminder of the time and location.

FRIENDSHIP AND CAMARADERIE:

Attendees are encouraged to meet with their classmate colleagues during the continental breakfasts and afternoon pre-class refreshments. Please plan to arrive early for your sessions.
