This list of questions and answers has been created for the First National Bank of Olathe customers who will become Enterprise Bank & Trust customers in early December. We have tried to answer many commonly asked questions and we hope this list will serve as a helpful reference to you during the conversion period. We hope to make this conversion as smooth as possible for you.
Where do I login?
Please visit
www.enterprisebank.com and you will see “Online Banking” listed on the right side of the webpage.
Will my loginID change?
In most cases, no. We will contact you directly if we need to discuss your loginID.
When will FNBO online banking be unavailable?
Thursday, December 8th at 2:30pm. Cut-off time for most transactions will be 1:30pm.
When is Online Banking going to be available?
Mid day on Saturday, December 10th.
Will my FNBO history be available in Online Banking?
We will not be able to display your FNBO account history online. However, all of your account history is available by calling one of our customer services officers or visiting any of the branches.
What does the new Online Banking system look like?
Will my transfers be converted?
Recurring and future dated transfers dated AFTER December 8th, 2011 will NOT be converted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will my statements and check images be available in online banking after the conversion?
Electronic copies of statements and checks will not be available after December 9th, but after the conversion you can always visit a branch to obtain copies. We recommend you download important copies of your FNBO electronic statements and checks before December 8th.
Will my external accounts stay connected?
Yes! You will continue to have the ability to transfer money into external accounts. Any future transfers will not be carried over -- you will need to recreate those.
Do I have to re-register my computer?
Unfortunately, yes. Because these are different systems we will need to register your computer with Enterprise Bank & Trusts’ online banking.
Commercial customers will no longer be able to get your secure access code via email. This is for your own security.
How do I reconnect my Quickbooks/Quicken accounts?
Will it look different?
Will I have to change my password?
Not right now, we recommend stronger passwords but we won’t require you to change passwords right away. All former FNBO online banking customers will be required to change their password after 90 days. After that Enterprise Bank & Trust requires everyone to create a new password every 180 days.
Will my account nicknames carry over?
Yes, your accounts will have all the customized labels in the new system that you had in FNBO’s Online Banking.
Will my account alerts and notifications be converted?
No, we are unable to convert your account alerts. However, we will have new security alert feature available. You will get email notifications everytime you change your password. You can even set our system up to send you an alert every time you have in unsuccessful login attempt.
I am signed up for e-statements but I got a paper statement in December? Is that a mistake?
No, we created a final paper statement for your FNBO accounts because we wanted to make sure you had a copy for your records before they are no longer available. Rest assured that you are still enrolled in e-statements and going forward you will not receive paper statements.
When can I start using Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Online Banking System?
You can start using Enterprise’s Online Banking System on Saturday, December 10th, 2011. You’ll sign into Enterprise’s Online Banking System using your current login ID and current password. For added security, you will be asked to authenticate your computer by entering a code number that will be sent to you when you log on (via email, text, or phone call.)
FNBO’s Online Banking system will be available until Thursday, December 8th, 2011 at 2:30 pm CST. We will automatically transfer your login ID, password and other information to Enterprise’s system. However, any future-dated transfers will need to be re-entered into Enterprise’s system. Electronic copies of statements and checks will not be available after December 9th, but after the conversion you can always visit a branch to obtain copies. We recommend you download important copies of your FNBO electronic statements and checks before December 8th. Commercial clients should note that future dated ACH, payroll or wire transfers that are scheduled after December 8th will need to be re-entered on the Enterprise System.
Were all online users with their current rights assigned transferred to the new system?
Yes, all users and their access were transferred to the new system.
Were the contact e-mails for e-statements carried over to the new system?
Yes, you will still receive your e-statements to the email address we have on file.
How do I set up my Phishing Phrase in the new system?
We will no longer be using phishing phrases on the Enterprise Online Banking system.
What is this “On Hold” status?
In order to further protect you from Online Banking attacks, we have enabled an additional layer of security. This tool will flag any unusual or suspect activity based on historical data.
If a transaction is deemed suspicious the following steps will be taken:
When attempting to "Approve" a transaction you will receive a message stating that the transaction is being held for further research. You will then see your transaction status as "On Hold". The Electronic Banking team will be alerted immediately and promptly research the transaction. We may call you to verify the validity of the transaction. Once the transaction is approved by the Electronic Banking team, there will not be any further steps required for the transaction to be processed.
Will I have to set up all of my billers in Bill Pay again?
No, everything related to bill pay will stay the same. All your pending, recurring and future dated bill payments will be honored and converted to the Enterprise system. Even your biller information and history will be converted!
Will any payments be processed on Friday, December 9th?
All of your Bill Payments will be made without interruption. However, no ACH or wire transfers will be processed on that day.
Will my bill payment history be transferred to the new system?
Yes, everything related to bill payment will be transferred.
Will voice banking change?
Our voice banking service will be nearly the same as the FNBO voice banking product. However, you will need to re-enroll in voice banking. Just call 1-800-264-7161. We currently do not have a Spanish version but are working with our translators to get one in place ASAP.

When can I use Enterprise’s Voice Response System?
Beginning Saturday, December 10th at 8:00 am CST you can use Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Voice Response System by dialing 1-800-264-7161. Please enroll using your new 10 digit Enterprise account number. FNBO’s Voice Response system will be available until Thursday, December 8th, 2011 at 5:00 pm CST.
Can I use Mobile Banking after the conversion?
Yes, Enterprise mobile banking will be available mid day Saturday, December 10th. Simply go to enterprisebank.com/m. Enterprise also offers an iPhone app for mobile banking available in the iTunes App Store; simply search for “Enterprise Bank” and download it! FNBO mobile banking will be available until Thursday, December 8th at 2:30 pm CST.

What is my new account number?
Your new deposit account number will be a 10 digit number. It will consist of the number “59” followed by several zeros and your existing FNBO number. For example, if your existing FNBO number is 123456, your new Enterprise Bank & Trust number will be 5900123456. Loan numbers will begin with “57” followed by your existing FNBO loan number.

Will the costs change? Is it still free?
Consumer online banking will remain FREE, as will Bill Pay! Your commercial costs may change. For more information about those costs please contact your Treasury Management representative.
Will I continue getting e-statements?
Yes, we are converting your e-statement enrollment and your first e-statement email will have instructions on how to access your new Enterprise Bank & Trust statements.

Were all my accounts transferred to the new system?
Yes, all of our open accounts were transferred to the new system. If there were any closed accounts we did not transfer them.
