How to Enroll

You must have Online Banking setup prior to being able to use EBT Mobile. Talk to your Client Services Representative today to be enrolled in Online Banking.

  1. Log in to Enterprise Bank & Trust Online Banking from your computer's Internet browser at www.enterprisebank.com.

a.  Under the Preferences menu, select Mobile.

b.  On the Mobile Enrollment tab, select the box next to “Yes,  enable my User ID and Password for use on my mobile device.”

For iPhone® or Android™ phones

Continue on to step 2.

For all other web enabled devices (or if you prefer not to install the app)

Select to have the web address sent to your email (must be able to read email on your phone).

2.  Select the Mobile Authorizations tab

a.  Create a four‐digit Mobile Authorization Code (MAC). Your MAC will allow you to conduct transactions such as fund transfers and/or for Commercial clients allow for approval of wires/ach transactions via Mobile Banking.

b.  Click Submit Changes.

You are now ready to use Mobile Banking. . .wherever, whenever!

What is EBT Mobile?

With EBT Mobile you can access your Enterprise Bank & Trust accounts with your handheld and personal devices. You can check balances, review history, access alerts, and make funds transfers.  

How do I sign up for EBT Mobile?

In order to use EBT Mobile, you must be enrolled as an Internet Banking user (see instructions above).

Which devices do I need to use EBT Mobile?

Any web-enabled device with a web browser can use EBT Mobile.  This includes mobile phones, tablet devices, and PDAs.

What is the EBT Mobile App?

The EBT Mobile App is a dedicated application for iPhone® and Android ™mobile devices.Although all devices will be able to access EBT Mobile from the browser on their portable device, currently a dedicated app is only offered for iPhone®, iPod Touch and Android™ devices.

How Much Does EBT Mobile Cost?

It’s free of charge for Enterprise Bank & Trust clients.  However, you may incur web access charges from your mobile service provider.  Check with your provider for more information about fees associated with accessing the Internet on your mobile phone or device.

Is EBT Mobile Secure?

EBT Mobile uses the most secure mobile browser security available.  Each mobile banking session is hosted on a secure server, featuring 128-bit data encryption and requires a login ID and a strong password in order to access.  In addition, customers will be required to input  a Mobile Authorization Code (MAC) for any transactions conducted via EBT Mobile.

Commercial clients will be able to approve transactions via EBT Mobile, but will have to login to the full site to initiate transactions.

What Login ID and password should I use for EBT Mobile?

Use your normal Enterprise Bank & Trust Online Banking login ID and password to log in to Mobile Banking.

What is a Mobile Authorization Code?

Your Mobile Authorization Code (MAC) is a four‐digit security code that you select. Your MAC allows you to
conduct transactions such as transfers in EBT Mobile securely. When you create a transaction in EBT Mobile, you will be required to enter your MAC to authorize the transaction. Do not share your MAC with others.

Is Bill Pay available through EBT Mobile?

At this time, Bill Pay is not available through Mobile Banking.

How do I get my mobile phone to access the Internet?

Contact your mobile service provider to confirm that your cell phone is enabled for mobile web browsing and that
the service is activated.
