January 31, 2018

Enterprise Bank & Trust has named Margaret Schneithorst President of Specialized Lending and Matt Kakta Director of Enterprise Value Lending.

This announcement comes as the bank continues to focus on elevating tailored solutions to our customers as their businesses shift and grow. Our specialized lending solutions are nationally focused in the areas of aircraft financing, enterprise value lending, tax credit lending and life insurance premium finance.

As President, Schneithorst will lead the Specialized Lending team along with the Clayton Commercial group. “Meg's exceptional banking knowledge and leadership will ensure we continue to deliver unique solutions and expert advice to our clients through our specialized business lines,” said Scott Goodman, President of Enterprise Bank & Trust.

Prior to Schneithorst’s promotion to President, she served as Senior Vice President and Director of Specialized Lending for the St. Louis region. She joined the bank in 2005 and has been in the industry over 20 years.

In addition to Schneithorst’s promotion, the Specialized Lending team has elevated Matt Kakta to Director of Enterprise Value Lending. Kakta and his team will continue to provide cash flow-based financing in an efficient and effective manner to assist financial sponsors with acquiring or recapitalizing their portfolio companies. “Matt’s focus and experience in lending to middle market companies and working with private equity firms on mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations will provide our customers with best in class service as he transitions into his new role,” said Schneithorst.

Prior to Kakta’s promotion, he served as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Clayton region. He joined the bank in 2011 and has been in the industry for nearly 15 years.

Schneithorst’s and Kakta’s appointments reinforce our commitment to providing customers with flexible and specialized solutions to complement their ever-changing needs.
