Austin began his banking career with Enterprise Bank & Trust as a teller at the Kansas City Plaza branch in 2007. After completion of his M.B.A. degree, he became a commercial lender at the Overland Park branch in 2009 where he continues to meet the financial needs of small businesses.

Austin received his B.S. degree with an emphasis in finance and banking from the University of Missouri and his M.B.A from Rockhurst University.
