Richard C. “Chuck” Leuck is the Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Bank & Trust covering all three regions. In his role, Chuck has responsibility for retail banking and all bank operating functions. Chuck joined Enterprise in 1996 and led the Bank's expansion into St. Charles County. There are now two branches in St. Charles County in St. Charles City and St. Peters. Prior to becoming the COO, he was the President of the Enterprise Bank & Trust St. Charles County Region.

Chuck earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, masters degree from the University of Illinois and has also attended the University of Colorado’s Graduate School of Banking. He currently serves on the SSM St. Joseph Foundation Board and has been active in numerous St. Charles County community organizations.
