Jim Tighe is responsible for leading a team of middle-market relationship managers, growing the team’s commercial and industrial loan and deposit portfolio, and further advancing the Enterprise Value Lending initiative.

Jim has been with Enterprise Bank for a total of seven years. Before joining Enterprise Jim was a part of the Leveraged Finance Group at US Bank and the Commercial Lending Group at Carolina First Bank in South Carolina. He earned a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

He is active in several committees including the Ronald McDonald House and Urban Future. Jim resides in Des Peres with his wife Laurie and their two children.
