Questions

Do you only use Online Banking to check balances and transfer funds between your Enterprise Bank & Trust Accounts?

If yes, no action needed. You will automatically be placed in our free Basic Business Online Banking Solutions.
If no, see next question. 


Do you already use Business Bill Pay?

If yes, no action needed. You will automatically be upgraded to the Standard Business Online Banking Solutions.
If no, see next question. 


Do you currently use a Treasury Management product or service? 
If yes, no action needed. You will automatically be upgraded to the Business & Treasury Online Banking Solutions.
If no, see next question.


What if you don’t use Business Bill Pay, but want to and/or you want to see Current Day Account Activity, such as ACH, Wire, and Debit Card Transactions?

Complete this form, Business Online Banking Upgrade Form or contact your TM Representative or Relationship Manager. You must be an Authorized Signer to upgrade to Standard Business Online Banking.


Do you currently use the Enterprise Services Portal (ESP)?

If yes, then you will automatically be setup on the SSO for only the systems that you currently have access to. 

If no, you do not have access to ESP, but use services like Remote Deposit and Positive Pay there are two scenarios:

  • If you already have your own Online Banking ID, you will automatically be migrated over and setup on the new SSO.
  • If you do not have an Online Banking ID, you will need to complete a Business Online Banking Upgrade Form or contact your TM Representative or Relationship Manager. You must be an Authorized Signer to add/remove Online Banking Users


When do these fees go into effect for Business & Treasury Online Banking Clients?

We are striving to make the transition as seamless as possible. With that in mind, we are automatically updating your Online Banking Experience on August 29th with the new fee structure. This structure will begin with September's account analysis for Business & Treasury Clients that utilize Treasury Management Solutions. Please note that our billing cycles are postdated, September’s charges won’t post until mid-October.


When do these fees go into effect for Standard Online Banking Clients?

Clients that are utilizing Business Bill Payment and/or Current Day Activity are FREE until the end of the year, then just $12.50 per month Starting January 1st. Please note that our billing cycles are postdated, January's charges won't post until mid-February. 


Need to make changes? 

Don’t worry, you have till September 30th to notify us of any changes before you will be assessed any fees.
