One of the most experienced & respected bankers in St. Louis, Richard joined Enterprise Trust in 2012 after serving in executive management positions for PrivateBancorp, NationsBank, Boatmen’s & Mark Twain Banks. He founded & led The PrivateBank in St. Louis as its chairman & CEO. He also served as President of Boatmen’s Bank of St. Louis after its acquisition by NationsBank, now Bank of America.
Richard personifies civic commitment. He is currently chairman of the Commissioners of the Missouri History Museum, a trustee of the St. Louis Art Museum, chairman of the Home Health Foundation, a director of the Saint Louis Club & a member of Missouri Baptist Hospital’s Community Advisory Board. He was named Clayton Business Person of the Year in 1995.
Richard received hi B.A. from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY & his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
