What are the biggest challenges you face as a business?

As a technology company, one of the ongoing pressures is to run our business with the most up-to-date technology available. Our clients expect it and we can’t be a step behind in any way or we lose credibility. One of the other things we have to keep up with is making sure we can do everything paperless. We have both domestic and international vendors and clients, so we need the efficiency of paperless systems. Some of our clients won’t do business any other way.

What are the biggest challenges you face as a business?

Enterprise is ahead of the curve as far as banking technology. Our Enterprise products make debit and credit transactions simple. The online banking package we use is easy, and the day-to-day cash management of our business is simple with services like ACH origination. ACH allows us to do most things paperless. The other thing we appreciate is that they conduct training on products and they are there any time we have a question. Whether it’s calls, emails or text messages – they communicate back to us in a timely manner.

 

What are the biggest challenges you face as a business?

One of the things I appreciate the most is since everything with Enterprise is so easy, it allows us to focus more time on our clients, and less time on banking and financial issues. We’ve received great advice from day one. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing our bank knows our business, helps us find ways to increase our efficiency and just overall has our back. We can tell that Enterprise specializes in smaller businesses like ours, yet they seem to have all the banking technologies that the bigger guys have.
