You can join the Green Movement by signing up for e-statements and getting rid of that extra paper every month! If you decide you would like to receive paper statements again, you can simply update your preferences from within your online banking account.
Enrollment for E-Statements
Enterprise Bank clients now have the ability to enroll themselves to receive E-Statements. Enrollment can only be accomplished in the online banking site.
To get started, log in to your personal online banking page.
Once you are on the main page you will want to open your SERVICES tab. You will see a service labeled E-Statements. Click on the name to open the page.
Under the e-Statements screen you will have the option to pick an account. Chose any checking account to begin the enrollment process and then click Submit. (You can pick any savings or checking account to use but they all will be managed together once you are successfully enrolled.)
After you click submit some users may have a yellow pop-up bar appear on the top of your broswer screen and the Disclosure is left blank. Please click on the message and accept downloading the disclosure.
Using on line banking security to validate the user the next screen that appears will be your consent form to receive e-statements in the place of paper. Copy the validation code into the box at the bottom to accept the agreement.
Once you accept the terms you will be directed to the E-statement landing page where your account will be listed. (This page will only view those accounts that are set to e-statement as a preference)
The client now has the control to determine each account setting. Go to the Preferences tab to manage them. From there you can manage all your accounts.
Returning to the statement page you should be able to view statements either as a PDF or an HTML web page.
The Documents Tab is where privacy notices and any other announcements will occur.
