Jeff Carson currently serves as President for the Kansas City Region of Enterprise Bank & Trust. Having grown up in the banking business, Jeff is continuing the deep-rooted tradition for his family as a fourth generation banker. His experience spans nearly 25 years, including 20 years in commercial banking in the Kansas City community.

Prior to his current role, Jeff was Senior Vice President and Director of Commercial & Industrial Banking for Enterprise Bank’s Kansas City Region. During his tenure, he successfully grew the division in terms of new business generation and talent attraction.

Jeff has excelled in the office and throughout the community. He was recognized as a 40 Under Forty honoree in Ingram's Business Magazine, he authored numerous articles for business and banking related publications, and was recognized as one of the Kansas City Business Journal's "NextGen Leaders." This award is given to individuals who have excelled in key leadership roles at their companies and in the community.

Currently, Jeff is a member of the United Way of Greater Kansas City Young Leader’s Society, is a member of the Business Council and Steering Committee for The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and he served on the board of the Kansas City Area Development Council.

Before joining Enterprise in 2014, Jeff spent the vast majority of his banking career working with two other regional banks.

Jeff graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance and minor in Economics. In 2007 he completed the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s, Centurions Leadership Program.

Jeff has served as vice chairman of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Therapeutic Learning Center, a judge for the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Celebration and the Downtown Council of Kansas City. His service involvement spans more than a dozen other local nonprofit organizations.

Abby Kepple is the President of Tax Credit Services for Enterprise Bank & Trust and Executive Director for Enterprise Financial CDE, LLC, an affiliate of the bank with a dedicated low-income community focus. Abby leads the bank’s strategy to create and manage opportunities related to tax credit programs at both the state and federal levels, including Historic Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits. Under Abby’s leadership, Enterprise Bank has received four New Markets Tax Credit awards totaling $183 million in allocation in a highly competitive federal program designed to spur economic growth in disinvested communities. Abby and her team are responsible for directing and administering NMTC loans and investments into qualifying businesses and real estate developments throughout Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and Arizona.

Abby has been with Enterprise Bank & Trust since September 2000 and has excelled in a variety of roles, most notably launching the bank’s Small Business and Consumer Lending group, managing a commercial loan portfolio, and developing and managing the Life Insurance Premium Finance niche product. Abby is a member of the bank’s Strategic Planning Group as well as the Audit Committee and was a founding member of the bank’s Diversity Council. In addition to her bank responsibilities, Abby serves on the Finance Committee for Rise, a non-profit organization that connects key groups to revitalize low-income areas of Greater St. Louis.

James E. (Jami) Graser joined Enterprise Bank & Trust in December of 1989. He started with Enterprise Bank & Trust as a Vice President and advanced to President of the Enterprise Bank & Trust Clayton unit. James also established the bank’s expansion into South County and founded Enterprise Bank & Trust – Sunset Hills. He currently serves as President of the St. Louis Region.

He began his banking career in 1979 and had been with Boatmen’s National Bank and Commerce Bank of note.

Prior to joining Enterprise, he worked in corporate finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Wells Fargo and Bank Midwest. At Bank Midwest, Stanion was a vice president in commercial lending, where he originated and managed commercial loans and problem loan workouts for two years. Through 1997, Bauche continued to assist Mercantile with numerous other bank acquisitions including Hawkeye Bancorp in Iowa, Sterling Bank in Illinois, and Twin City Bancorp in Arkansas.

In 1997, Bauche was promoted within Mercantile’s community bank credit administration, which oversaw all large (>$3 million) commercial credit origination in Mercantile’s community banking markets throughout Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois and Iowa.

In 2000, Bauche joined Enterprise Bank & Trust, as a Vice President of commercial lending, where he developed a substantial portfolio of middle market C&I clients. In 2009, he was promoted to lead the bank’s St. Charles Region and subsequently assumed the chairperson’s responsibility of the St. Louis Regional Credit Committee and became a voting member of the Executive Credit Committee. In 2014, Doug was promoted to President of Enterprise Bank’s St. Louis Region.

Doug is a 1992 graduate from Missouri State University. He is a member of the Lewis & Clark Young-Presidents Organization. He serves as a member of the BJC St. Peters & Progress West Hospital Foundation Board. Previously, he has served various other charitable organizations including Project Inc. Sheltered Workshop, United Services for Children, Gateway Seniors Association, and the MS Society. Doug has been married to his wife Tricia for 23 years. They have four children and reside in the St. Louis area.
