ST. LOUIS, Mo (August 6, 2026)Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), is pleased to announce an integration with AppFolio, a technology leader powering the future of the real estate industry. As the first Banking partner in the AppFolio Stack Marketplace, Enterprise will help property management clients automate more banking functions directly within the AppFolio Performance Platform.

“This partnership helps property managers operate more efficiently by bringing critical banking workflows directly into the platform they already use to run their business,” said Allison DiSarro, SVP, Specialty Banking Relationship Manager, PM Business Lead at Enterprise. “By reducing reliance on separate systems, we’re helping clients save time, improve accuracy, and stay focused on performance.”

This partnership reinforces Enterprise's long-standing commitment to building well-established and communicative relationships that drive value and efficiency for property management clients. Clients will be able to access account tools within the AppFolio Performance Platform, including Positive Pay, bank statements, daily account balances, and more. A direct bank connection will enhance auto-reconciliation to help property managers meet compliance requirements and reduce reliance on third-party connections, with this capability integrated in 2026.

“As property managers, every dollar we handle belongs to someone else — so trust and accuracy isn't optional. Enterprise Bank & Trust has earned our confidence because they listen to how this industry works. Instead of asking us to build around their systems, they’re embedding directly into AppFolio, the platform we already run our business from. Fewer logins, fewer reconciliation headaches, fewer chances for something to fall through the cracks. That’s the kind of partnership property managers need — one that’s built around our workflow, not the other way around,” said Wolf Croskey, CEO and Broker of Record at Croskey Real Estate.

“Property managers should be able to run their business from a single, connected platform,” said Vera Tsekeris, Sr. Director, Partnerships at AppFolio. “With AppFolio Stack™, we’re bringing critical banking workflows into the AppFolio Performance Platform to help customers reduce complexity and operate more efficiently. This partnership with Enterprise Bank & Trust is another step toward delivering a more connected, performance platform for the real estate industry by connecting trust accounting to a direct bank feed, helping customers reduce manual reconciliation, improve accuracy, and better protect against fraud.”
