Sam Pepper is the Regional President of Commercial Banking for Enterprise Bank & Trust in Kansas City. The company focuses on partnering with closely held or family owned businesses and their owners to assist in achieving their financial goals and objectives. Enterprise Financial Services Corp (EFSC), parent company of Enterprise, has just over $3 billion in assets and more than 3,000 valued customers through its three primary markets, Kansas City, St. Louis and Phoenix, AZ.

As Regional President, Pepper is responsible for all the lending activities within the Kansas City Region, which includes the eleven branch footprint of the Kansas City area. With more than 29 years in the banking industry, Pepper has a broad base of experience that includes a number of different organizations in other markets including New York, Pennsylvania and Minnesota. Prior to joining Enterprise in 2011, Pepper was EVP/Regional Manager for Corporate Banking at BMO-Harris Bank in Kansas City.

In addition to his banking duties, Pepper has played an active role in the community. Currently he serves as a member of the KCADC (Kansas City Area Development Council) and has previously served in various roles with the United Way, American Heart Association, and other youth sports organizations. Finally, he is a graduate of the KC Tomorrow leadership program sponsored by the Kansas City Civic Council.

Pepper is a graduate of Western New England University in Springfield Massachusetts and holds an MBA from Long Island University in New York.
