Enterprise Bank & Trust Expands Commercial & Industrial Team, Adds 3 Experienced Professionals in Texas Market

DALLAS (April 3, 2025)
Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), further expanded commercial and industrial capabilities and offerings with the addition of Amirali J. (AJ) Fazalbhai, Amer Timani and Cody Montandon to a growing Texas team. Fazalbhai joins as Director of Commercial Banking; Timani as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager; and Montandon as Vice President, Relationship Manager, together enhancing the bank’s robust client services in Texas.
Enterprise entered the state of Texas in 2022 and continues to expand a notable commercial banking footprint and business partnerships across a broad range of industries.
“We continue to invest in supporting small and midsize businesses throughout the state of Texas, providing access to local decision-makers and commercial banking tools that help our clients thrive and grow,” said Jeff Carson, President, Kansas City and Texas Region at Enterprise.
As Director of Commercial Banking, Fazalbhai leads the commercial banking group located in Dallas-Fort Worth's (DFW) Mid-Cities that develops and manages new commercial relationships throughout Texas. Fazalbhai brings 16 years of local banking experience, most of that time spent in leadership roles. His impressive track record has helped cement his deep ties to the local business community.
As a results-oriented commercial banker with nearly two decades of financial services experience, Timani focuses on managing and developing client relationships, identifying solutions and promoting products and services to generate revenue. He leverages his formal training in commercial real estate and C&I underwriting and financing to provide sound and time-tested guidance to advise his partnerships with capital needs and acquisitions, measuring his success based on what he first helps his clients to realize.
With more than 20 years of expertise as a banking officer, Montandon regularly sources and closes commercial loans to facilitate business objectives and expansion opportunities. He leverages planning and analysis experience to customize financial solutions for both existing and prospective clients in his new position. Montandon has an extensive network of partnerships and key relationships active in the North Texas deal flow.
The Texas team's focus will complement Enterprise’s Commercial & Industrial and Commercial Real Estate practices that were established when the bank entered the Dallas market in 2022.
