Enterprise Bank & Trust Builds Presence in Texas with Addition of Senior Vice President in Dallas-Fort Worth

Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), is pleased to announce the hiring of banking industry veteran Andrew Lipman, who will play a key role in introducing Enterprise’s commercial banking model into the Texas market. He joins Enterprise as senior vice president, director of C&I Banking. His more than 15 years in the financial services industry includes Wells Fargo, Regions Bank and CrossFirst Bank.

Lipman brings a strong track record of success in business development, portfolio management, credit risk, relationship management, risk management and commercial lending.

“I look forward to this opportunity with Enterprise, which shares my commitment to a high-touch, consultative client service model,” Williams says. “There is tremendous opportunity to grow business relationships in Texas, and I’m eager to get started.”

Lipman adds to a growing team in Texas. Enterprise recently announced fellow banking industry veteran David Williams will lead the development of commercial lending business in the market.

“Enterprise aims to increase our presence throughout the state of Texas, and David and Andrew have proven ability to drive those efforts,” says Kansas City Region President Jeff Carson. “We are excited to tap their potential and utilize their commitment to creating, building and growing client relationships to achieve our goals.”
