Enterprise Bank & Trust Hires Industry Veteran to Lead Development of Commercial Banking Business in Dallas-Fort Worth Area

Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), is pleased to announce the hiring of banking industry veteran David Williams to lead introduction of the Enterprise commercial banking model into the Texas market.

Williams, a lifelong Texan, has more than 30 years of banking experience in Texas. In his new role as market president, Texas, he will tap into Enterprise’s financial strength, deep bench of expertise, and extensive suite of products and services to help Texas businesses leaders grow and thrive. Williams will be based in the Dallas-FortWorth area, but has banking experience in Houston and other Texas markets.

“David brings an undeniable track record in building markets and teams in the financial services industry,” says Kansas City Region President Jeff Carson. “His banking experience and strong network in Texas combined with Enterprise’s commitment to Texas and its business owners makes this an exciting move for us.”

Williams says Enterprise’s entrepreneurial spirit, track record of building the company in new markets, and focus on local decision-making for clients make the bank a great fit.

“There is tremendous opportunity to bring Enterprise’s high-touch, consultative business model to the business communities in Texas,” Williams says. “Enterprise is small enough to be a responsive, relationship-driven community bank but big enough to have the products and services Texas businesses need.”
