Enterprise Bank & Trust Recognized as a Top Place to Work for Women in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS — Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), recently earned repeat distinction from the Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis (WFSTL) as a top place to work for women.

The recognition is part of the WFSTL Women in the Workplace: Employment Scorecard Initiative, which identifies employers that demonstrate a strong commitment to women in the workplace, thus incentivizing organizations to improve their policies and practices. Honorees are selected based on data submitted by the organization about structural efforts and outcomes to advance women through compensation, leadership, flexible work policies, and recruitment and retention initiatives.

Across three size-based categories, 24 local businesses were recognized this year for performance in 2021. Enterprise was awarded one of four spots in the “Large Company” category for organizations with 500 or more employees.

“Enterprise takes great pride in being an equal opportunity employer and fostering an open, diverse and inclusive workplace for all,” said Meg Schneithorst, President, St. Louis Region at Enterprise. “We are humbled and honored to receive such a prestigious recognition, which serves as a testament to our company culture and values.”

WFSTL describes itself as, “a change agent for the St. Louis region, committed to advancing the economic success of women in the area through workplace change, public policy change and individual support” and by helping women access jobs with benefits and policies that support working families and living wages.
