Enterprise Bank & Trust Promotes Three Long-Tenured Executives

Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), announces the promotion of three long-tenured executives within its St. Louis region. The three executives have a combined 51 years of experience at Enterprise and will continue to propel the bank forward.

Meg Schneithorst has been promoted to President of the St. Louis Region. Schneithorst has consistently achieved excellent results and grown with the bank over the last 14 years, first working as a Commercial Banking Vice President and Relationship Manager, and most recently as President of Specialized Banking. Schneithorst is passionate about the St. Louis community, and serves on the COCA Finance Committee and the St. Louis Zoo Facility & Grounds Committee. She previously served on the Arthritis Foundation Leadership Board.

Abby Kepple has been named President of Specialized Lending, which includes Tax Credits, Enterprise Value Lending to private equity partners, Life Insurance Premium Finance, Agricultural Banking, Aircraft Finance, and Correspondent Banking. In her 19 years at Enterprise, Kepple has distinguished herself as both an individual contributor and a leader. Her most recent roles included serving as President of Tax Credit Services for Enterprise Bank & Trust and Executive Director for Enterprise Financial CDE, LLC. In her new role, Kepple will oversee all Specialized Lending units within the bank. Kepple currently sits on the Bank’s Strategic Planning Group, and she was a founding member of the Diversity Council. She also serves on the Finance Committee for Rise, a non-profit organization that connects key groups to revitalize communities and neighborhoods in low-income areas of Greater St. Louis. 

Emily Weber has been promoted to Director of Business Banking. In her new role, Weber will oversee and direct the Business Banking channel for all markets. She has more than 18 years of experience with the bank, which gives her unmatched knowledge, credibility and a record of success to lead and expand Enterprise’s Business Banking capabilities. Weber most recently served as Senior Vice President, Business Banking Manager of Lending. She is a long-time Board Member with BCI, a nonprofit organization that provides meaningful work for adults with disabilities.
