Adam is an active member of the Missouri Bankers Association and The Downtown Council, a committee member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City and serves on several committees within St. Peter’s School and Parish, in addition to many volunteer activities he takes on personally and with his family.

Jeff Carson is President of the bank’s presence in Kansas City and Texas. As a fourth-generation banker, his decades of experience in the Kansas City banking industry are a continuation of his family’s deep-rooted tradition. In his role, Jeff is responsible for elevating client growth and talent attraction throughout the Kansas City and Texas regions. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Starlight Theatre and the Kansas City Area Development Council, along with significant involvement with more than a dozen other charitable organizations over the years.
